Cliff Peden, President/Broker of Peden Employee Benefits (PEB), founded the company in 2001. Cliff’s work experience prior to starting PEB included Vice President of Marketing at Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) of Oklahoma with 17 years of employment at BCBS. He was Vice President of Operations at Foundation Health for three years. Cliff graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in Oklahoma City and Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. In his spare time, you will find Cliff at the golf course with friends. He also enjoys volunteering with the teens at Crossings Community Church.
Wade Peden, Broker, joined Peden Employee Benefits in 2008. He has 14 years of experience in the business as a broker and an account manager. Wade’s alma mater’s include Edmond Santa Fe High School and Oklahoma State University. Wade loves spending time boating at the Lake of the Arbuckles and is an avid Dallas Stars’ Fan.
Amber Peden-Pankey, Broker, joined Peden Employee Benefits in 2020 and loves her job in sales and marketing. She graduated from Oklahoma Christian Schools and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with a Master’s in Physical Therapy. She worked in the physical therapy field for 20 years. Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, coaching girls’ basketball, and going to the lake.
